I started this company with my brothers because I love being surrounded by God's creation outside while also getting to work with my hands in carpentry, like Jesus did. I served my time in Corporate America to grow capital and it helped further develop my discipline and people skills, which I gladly put into practice through CPJ to make you happy.This industry surrounds me with professional clientele and allows me to take role in helping others create beautiful memories with their loved ones. Fun fact: our first client was 5 years ago when we built a dock and seawall for our grandparents.

I knew this industry for me when I saw my grandparents' faces after we finished their dock and bulkhead!

Pablo Esquivia-Cruz

Passionate about marine construction, I bring wealth of expertise to the team. With a proven track record in delivering top notch projects, for another company where I started as a laborer, I am dedicated to ensuring excellence in every aspect of marine construction. From concept into completion, I take pride in turning visions into reality.

I, like my brother, discovered this to my dream when we did our grandparents' dock and bulkhead 5 years ago.

Josemaria Esquivia-Cruz

I bring the Education in Construction Management to the team. I do not hold the licenses/certifications required to run the show, yet, which is why we are partnered with a General Contractor. I, like my brothers, also developed a huge passion for this work when we worked for my grandparents. That passion is always pursued and grows with every project we do. Over the years, my brothers and I have learned to maximize our efficiency as a team by exercising our God-given talents through CPJ.
